The rotary heat sealers have the particularity of transporting the medical reels (flat and gusseted) and medical wrapping containers automatically once introduced into a channel with heat and then through its sealing rollers. The continuous sealer machine is assisted by CNC self-adjusting rollers which makes the system unalterable to variations in the thickness of the paper and laminated film and avoid alterations in the pressure exerted on the materials assembly at the time of sealing.
Additionally, in the case of gusseted medical reels, the sealing rollers exert the same pressure resulting in a more uniform and secure seal of the package.
