TecSpores® self-contained biological indicators (SCBI) offer reliable biological monitoring for Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilization processes. They feature Bacillus atrophaeus spores, the standard reference strain due to its resistance to EO gas.

Features and Performance:

• Clear Color Interpretation: The growth medium remains Fuchsia if sterilization is successful and changes to Translucent Yellow if bacterial growth occurs (process failure).

• Process Traceability: External chemical indicator printed on the vial label, along with lot number and expiration date for quality records.

• Incubation Time: 48 hours at 34°C – 37°C.

• Regulatory Compliance: Manufactured under ISO 11138 (Parts 1 & 2), IRAM 37102, and ISO 13485 standards.
