The Continuous Rotary Sealer with Traceability and Guide Plate is an automated device designed to ensure safe, uniform and traceable sealing of peelable, heat-sealable packaging used for materials subjected to sterilization processes.

It features a touchscreen display, automatic temperature control, integrated printing, and an induction-driven feeding system, optimizing workflow efficiency in the central sterilization area.

Developed for demanding environments, this continuous rotary sealer combines precision, thermal stability and operational efficiency, ensuring reliable seals for instruments prior to sterilization.

Instructions for Use

Turn on the rotary sealer and wait for the 10-second self-test. Set the date, temperature and printing data. Adjust the side guide according to the pouch width, place the packaging with the paper side facing down and feed it into the sealing area.

The sensor activates automatic feeding, and the machine performs continuous sealing and printing. Sealing records can be reviewed through the traceability menu.
